Man Poses as Security Camera Installer to Steal Car from Cleveland Apartment

According to Cleveland Police, the man who pretended to be an installer of security cameras and stole a car from an apartment complex on the city’s West Side is still at large, and investigators need your help finding him.

On June 21, according to police, a man allegedly stole a car from 15291 Triskett Avenue.

The suspect claimed to be installing security cameras at the apartment building, introduced himself to the victim as Gabriel, and had a black tool bag, according to the police.

The car was found later that day, according to the police, close to West 26th Street and Swift Avenue.
