A man has been charged with trying to smuggle a camera into a tanning bed at a neighborhood gym.
According to court documents, Layton Kessler, 46, of Bismarck, is accused of four counts of covert intrusion.
He was taken into custody at 5:36 p.m. after a warrant for his arrest was issued. Tuesday evening.
The incident involved a possible hidden camera in a tanning bed at Planet Fitness, according to information provided by the Bismarck police on Monday.
As of 10:35 a.m., according to police. After a 21-year-old female discovered a recording device in the bed following a tanning session, they were called to the gym on Monday.
